Suppose you end up with duplicates on the integration service, such as Airtable, Webflow CMS, Knack, Infinity, or others. The issue is probably with the primary key(s) on the Update task field mapper. Byteline figures out whether to update or insert based on the records matching all of the primary key fields, so if these fields are not configured correctly, you will end up with duplicates.

The primary fields are shown using a yellow "Mark as unique" toggle. Note: Multiple fields can be set as the primary based on your use case.
